S'mores

We're winding down to the last days of summer, so I felt it would be appropriate to add a new pie to our repetoire- a S'more Pie. Graham cracker crust, creamy chocolate filling, and a marshmallow top. This will be best freshly browned in the oven so the marshmallow is nice and gooey and warm.

Pietopia!

We had a great time at Pietopia last week and gave out 4 pies worth of samples! Our winning entry was the 'Cities of Roses Chocolate-Filbert-Coffee Pie' (now available on our menu as the Portland Pie). We added a dollop of fresh whipped cream and it was a huge hit.

Here's a few on many pictures; the other winners (who are all awesome, talented Portlanders) handed out rabbit, apple-cranberry, and mango pies. Yum.
